To submit a Grant Request, please download the form below and submit via email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include all supporting documentation, if applicable.
The PET board meets monthly and it is beneficial if you can present your Grant Request to all Members at our monthly meeting.
Please check Calendar of Events for next meeting info.
If your request is time sensitive, please let us know and we will do our best to meet as needed.
Approval/support by the principal and/or school committee may also be required prior to funding, if approved.
